Dr Lucy
Director
Dr Lucy BSc BM BS graduated as a doctor from Brighton and Sussex Medical School and commenced clinical training within the London and South Thames deaneries. She has worked across several medical and surgical specialties, including a Clinical Fellow post in Plastic Surgery at an internationally renowned London teaching hospital, before embarking upon specialist training in Anaesthetics & Intensive Care. Awards & Research Throughout her career, Lucy has won several medical awards, including the London South Thames Deanery Award for Clinical Excellence, Leadership and Clinical Portfolio. Lucy has an interest in academic research and has published her findings in international medical journals and presented at international conferences. ​ Facial Aesthetics & Cosmetic Dermatology Alongside her NHS commitments, Lucy trained in Facial Aesthetics in Harley Street with further specialist training through the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetics Surgeons. She is qualified in injectable therapies, including anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers and skin boosters, such as Profhilo. Lucy has also trained in Cosmetic Dermatology, specialising in Medical Skin Care, SkinPen Microneedling, Aqua Gold Fine Touch Microchannelling, Microdermabrasion, as well as Chemical Peels.  Lucy has established her private practice across London and Sussex providing a premium service, and particularly enjoys collaborating with her clients to create bespoke skincare treatment plans. Dr Nina
GP
Dr. Nina Wilson is an experienced GP with a specialism in women’s health. She is able to see men and women for a wide range of issues in GP appointments. She also provides specialist consultations for menopause care, and whole-person health reviews. Health reviews are ideal for people wishing to discuss multiple symptoms, or for those taking a pro-active approach to optimising their health. For more information about the services offered, click here. Nina completed undergraduate training at Oxford University and post-graduate training at Cambridge University. She moved home to Sussex as a qualified GP. She finds the joy in general practice is in working with the whole person. Significant benefits of private practice include the time to be thorough, to communicate fully and to develop a trusted relationship, as well as speed of access to appointments and tests. She has achieved the highest accreditation with the British Menopause Society and teaches in the Menopause Specialist training programme. Nina has been featured on BBC radio 4’s Woman’s Hour and BBC radio Sussex as an expert in women's health and menopause.
Olivia Williams
Nurse
Olivia graduated from the University of Southampton with a Bachelor of Nursing (Hons) degree before commencing a coveted clinical post as a Surgical Nurse at University Hospitals Sussex. She brings a wealth of experience in surgical care nursing and has seamlessly transferred her practical and technical skills in nursing into the field of Facial Aesthetics. Olivia has known Aesthetics doctor Lucy for several years, having previously worked together clinically on the surgical wards, before collaborating together at No.109. Olivia works closely with Lucy specialising in skin assessment and treatment plans. Olivia is the lead for performing medical-grade advanced facials, with bespoke adjuncts including dermaplaning, SkinPen microneedling, microdermabrasion, Aquagold Fine Touch micro-chanelling, as well as delivering the Obagi Blue Radiance Peel and LED therapy. She treats her clients with compassionate, personal, and expert care. Olivia generally works Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at No.109.

Having began her career in women’s health with a degree in midwifery followed by a dedicated period of obstetric practice, Olivia found her niche in aesthetics at No.109, on completion of intensive Foundation and Advanced Facial Aesthetics training courses with the renowned Derma Medical. She is exceptionally proficient in skin assessment, and clients repeatedly return to Olivia for her combination of expertise and genuine care in providing successful personalised treatment plans.

Clinical Nutritionist DipCNM, mBANT, CNHC Michelle is a Wellness Expert. She is a Clinical Nutritionist, Yoga teacher, Movement coach and Personalised Programme specialist. She has helped clients of all ages and body types achieve lasting results including those struggling with weight gain/loss, skin conditions, sleep loss, poor concentrate, low mood, low energy, bloating, PMS, menopause, and genetic diseases. Michelle gives clients clarity and trust in their bodies to improve their health and extend their longevity, whilst looking and feeling incredible. She has multiple client endorsements. Chartered Physiotherapist (BSc Hons) MCSP | MSK sonographer PGCert | First Contact Physiotherapist PGCert | Therapeutic joint and soft tissue injections, Level 7 Masters Module Rob is an exceptionally qualified physiotherapist with 25 years’ of experience in working with clients to successfully overcome musculoskeletal issues, chronic pain, sports injuries and orthopaedic trauma. He’s achieved exceptional results with patients of all ages and is qualified to provide services to paediatric and adolescent clients. As an independent prescriber and qualified administrator of ultrasound-guided joint and soft tissue injections, Rob provides tailored treatment plans that encompass both therapy and medications to optimise recovery and wellbeing. Rob has a confident, warm and calm approach, ensuring that clients and their families feel engaged and confident working with him. He has exceptional feedback from clients and clinical observations. Rob implements motivational interviewing techniques during consultation and has an empathetic health coaching style. BACP Registered Psychotherapist | MA Clinical Psychology | BA Sociology Michelle is an experienced Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, with Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, California. She helps clients develop the tools to change and live life more fully. Her down-to-earth approach allows clients and families to be at ease, in the comfortable setting of No.109. Michelle also practises mindfulness, meditation and Reiki energy healing. She has worked in school settings working with young people and families. In addition, she has worked with the older population providing hospice support and offering caregiver guidance.
